适用范围
Applications
本产品适用于交流额定电压0.6/1KV及以下聚氯乙烯绝缘耐火电缆,要求电缆在着火情况下仍能保持一定时间继续运行的固定敷设场合。主要用于高层建筑、地下铁路、核电站及重要工矿企业与防火安全和消防救生的地方,如应急电源、户内消防设备、火灾报警设备、信号灯、通风排烟设备、紧急用电梯等的供电线路。能有效地起到消防救生的目的,且由于电缆本身不会造成火灾,可减少火灾发生的频率及危害。
The product is used under 0.6/1KV,and can work properly for certain period of time even in fire.It is mainly used in high buildings,subways,nuclear station as well as safety devices,such as emergency power supply,fire-fighting equipment,fire alarming lights,elevator power lines.The cable will not burn even in the fire.
使用特性
Working features
1、电缆导体长期允许工作温度为70℃。 敷设电缆时的温度应不低于0℃ 2、耐火特性 电缆通过GB/T19216.21电缆在在火焰下的燃烧试验(等同IEC331)。 A级(火焰温度950~1000℃,持续供火时间为90min) B级(火焰温度750~800℃,持续供火时间为90min) 3、阻燃性能 电缆通过GB/T18380.33-A类电缆在火焰下的燃烧试验(等同IEC332-3)。 A类(试样应使可燃体积为7L/m,火焰持续时间为40s) B类(试样应使可燃体积为3.5L/m,火焰持续时间为40s) C类(试样应使可燃体积为1.5L/m,火焰持续时间为20s) 4、弯曲半径 单芯电缆允许弯曲半径:20(d+D)±5%。 多芯电缆允许弯曲半径:15(d+D)±5%。 D电缆试样的实际外径mm。 d导体的实际直径mm。 | 1、Long-time allowable working temperature is 70℃ Laid-up temperature is not more than 0℃. 2、Fire-proof Subject to burning test under GB/T19216.21 (equivalent to IEC331) Class A(flame temp.950~1000℃,and lasting 90 min) Class B(flame temp. 750~800℃,and lasting 90 min) 3、Flame-retardant features Subject to burning test under GB/T18380.33-A (equivalent to IEC332-3) Class A(burning body 7L/m,lasting 40 s) Class B(burning body 3.5L/m,lasting 40 s) Class B(burning body 1.5L/m,lasting 20 s) 4、Bending radius Bending radius for single-core cable: 20(d+D)±5%。 Bending radius for multi-core cable: 15(d+D)±5%。 D-cable sample outer diametet(mm) d-cable diametet(mm) |
