　　本产品供交流额定电压250V及以下的铁路信号联络，火警信号，电报及自动机的线路装置。

　　This prcduct is intended for signal connection on railway.firesignal,telegraph and wiring for auto-matic mashines with ratedAC voltage up to 25oV.

　　使用特性

　　Service sharacteristics

　　1、电缆在为-40℃~+50℃环境下使用;

　　2、在环境温度不低于-50℃的条件下敷设电缆;

　　3、电缆允许敷设在任何水平差的线路;

　　1. The cable is to be user with the ambient temperature rangingbetween -40C +50C.

　　2.The cable is to be laid with the ambient temperature not lowerthan -5℃.

　　3.Cables are allowed to be laid in lines of any horizontal difference.

　　Structures & major date

　　1、导电线芯:用直径1.Omm的软铜线制成。

　　2、绝缘:导电线芯用聚氯乙烯绝缘,标称厚度为0.9mm。

　　3、成缆:绝缘线芯按同心层式绞合成缆。

　　4、护套:绞合后的缆芯外包一层聚氯乙烯护套，其厚度按表1规定。

　　1、Cable core:made from soft copper wire in the diameter of1.0mm.

　　2、insulation:PvC insulation for the cable core with the nominalthickness of 0.9mm.

　　3、Finished cable:the insulated core is twisted in homocentriclayer style.

　　4、Sheath:the core,after being twisted and bounded,shall besheathed with a PvC layer.Refer to table 1 for its thickness.

　　5、外护层:外护层由垫层、钢带和外被层组成。外护层的厚度按表2规定:

　　5、Outer sheath:the outer sheath consists of inlaid layer,steel tapeａnd outer coating layer.Refer to table 2 for the thickness of theouter sheath.

　　Technical performances

　　1、导电线芯直流电阻,在温度+20℃时，每km不大于23.5Q。

　　2、电缆线芯间绝缘电阻:在温度+20℃时，每km不小于6OMQ。

　　3、电缆芯线单芯电容:每km不大于0.3uF。

　　4、电缆芯线间能承受交流50Hz， 1000V电压试验5min。

　　1、The DC resistance of the conductor at 20℃ is not more than23.5Q per km.

　　2、The insulating resistance between different cores at 20℃ isnot less than 6OMQ per km.

　　3、The capacitor of each single core is not more than 0.3 u F perkm.

　　4、The space between different cores shall be able to withstandvoltage test of AC 50Hz 100ov for 5 minutes.

　　交货长度

　　Length of delivery

　　电缆交货长度由双方协议在合同中规定。如合同中未规定时，对16芯及以下的电缆，交货长度不小于300m，对16芯以上的电缆，交货长度不小于250m。允许有长度不小于50m的短段电缆交货但其数量应不超过交货总长度的5%。

　　The length for delivery is to be negotiatoed by both parties.lf notsplecified in the contract,for cables with the number of cores up to16,the length for delivery shall be not less than 30om;ａnd forthose with the number of cores higher than 16,the length fordelivery shall be not less than 250m,short cables with the lengthnot less than 50rn are allowed in delivery,but the quantity shall notexceed 5%of the total delivery.
